About In Good Company

In Good Company was created from a simple belief: the best moments in life happen around a table.

Founded by Chef Danielle and based in Rhode Island, serving Rhode Island and Massachusetts, the concept blends culinary expertise with thoughtful hospitality to create gatherings that feel warm, personal, and effortlessly hosted.

Every menu begins with the season. Danielle sources locally and intentionally, building dishes around ingredients at their peak — because food grown with care and cooked with attention simply tastes different. Her style is Italian-inspired and ingredient-driven, designed to feel both elevated and deeply comforting.

But a truly great experience is about more than what's on the plate. The atmosphere, the flow of the evening, the small details that shape how guests feel in the space — those matter just as much as the food itself. Each gathering is carefully designed so hosts can relax, be present, and enjoy their guests while every detail is handled.

Whether celebrating something special or simply bringing people together over great food and drinks, In Good Company is about creating moments people remember.

“People will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

-Maya Angelou

“Danielle created the most incredible private dining experience for my friends and family this Thanksgiving at our stay in Newport! Not only was the food beautifully presented and incredibly delicious, but Danielle herself is the sweetest and made the whole evening feel so special and effortless.

She truly has a gift for what she does! Every detail was thoughtfully done and you can tell how much care and passion she puts into her work. It felt like we were dining at a high-end restaurant!

If you’re considering booking a private chef for an event, I cannot recommend Danielle enough. The experience overall was top tier and something we’ll be talking about for a long time.”
